More and more health care organizations (HCOs) are having to rely on supplemental staff to provide care for their patients and staff their facilities.   Based on the current trends this shortage will only increase.  For this reason it is important for HCOs to choose the right partner to acquire that talent.  The temporary staffing market is overwhelming with it's offerings, and that most HCOs are not focused on an enterprise view of their supplemental needs. My goal is to help identify what services and scope that individual HCOs need on an enterprise level so that they may have continued success, and create a better more consistent process.
