There is a talent shortage in Healthcare. More and more health care organizations (HCOs) are having to rely on supplemental staff to provide care for their patients and staff their facilities. Based on the current trends this shortage will only increase. For this reason it is important for HCOs to choose the right partner to acquire that talent. The temporary staffing market is overwhelming with it's offerings, and HCOs are complex in their needs. I help HCO's focus on and enterprise view of their supplemental needs, looking at the whole. My goal is to help identify what services and scope that individual HCOs need on an enterprise level so that they may have continued success, and create a better more consistent and efficient process when engaging temporary talent.
