Exceeding Expectations

Imagine Workforce Strategies goal is to help Health Care Professionals on their employment journey as well as to guide Healthcare Professionals Organizations through the noise in the temporary staffing industry and help them in finding the best staffing partner/process for their needs. Imagine Workforce Strategies was founded by David Adcock who spent the last five years at Medefis providing Workforce Solutions as an Account Manager and most recently a Regional Vice President, selling technologies to Healthcare Facilities to help manage their temporary staffing services as well as working directly with facilities to manage the temporary staffing process more efficiently while reducing spend and increasing quality. Prior to Medefis, David spent 9 years as an Allied Imaging Recruiter and Account Manager and Team Lead for two different staffing companies. David started his career in the restaurant industry having graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an Associates in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors in Restaurant Management. His restaurant career spanned 21 years, starting as a bus boy/dishwasher, host, server, cook, trainer, manager and ending as a General Manager. He has been married since 1996 to his wife Cathy and they have 6 children. David's career has been centered around building teams, creating partnerships, and helping others attain their goals. Outside of work he loves cooking, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
